We are pleased to announce that we are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage timely and accurate completion of corporate income tax returns ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to Senior Management on complex tax issues, identify tax savings opportunities and develop strategies to minimise tax liability.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Senior Management with various issues related to global mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Senior Management with internal and external tax inquiries\/tax audits as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of local and master transfer pricing files.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in tax legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc research in relation to tax issues arising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-requirements-title\" data-ui=\"job-requirements\">\n<p id=\"job-requirements-title\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional tax qualification (AITI\/CTA or equivalent), ideally accounting qualified (ACA\/ACCA\/CIMA).<\/li>\n<li>PQE tax experience with Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm and\/or multinational corporation desired.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of motivation and a friendly manner to enable effective and positive engagement with colleagues, external advisors and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort with being self-directed and learning quickly to tackle time-sensitive tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and matters simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse complex tax issues and provide solutions.<\/li>\n<li>A proven academic or professional track-record demonstrating hard work, ambition and a dedication to self-improvement and excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
