We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring the timely distribution of documents &amp; drawings to project personnel<\/li>\n<li>Working in accordance with company procedures &amp; guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to client<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the lead consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Return of quarantined documents to the issuer for full correction and re-issue.<\/li>\n<li>Management of document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training and then use the system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation.<\/li>\n<li>BIM ACC Administration: adding members licenses, adding new companies<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with day to day activities, including administration duties, helping develop SOP\u2019s, training, Document creation etc.<\/li>\n<li>Producing different reports for PM, Client, BI<\/li>\n<li>Data entry on SAP, Running SAP reports and queries<\/li>\n<li>All other duties associated with this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English language<\/li>\n<li>PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and Organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Pride in the quality and presentation of work<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We build and manage complex engineering &amp; construction projects for the world\u2019s leading corporations.
