We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and understanding project contract documentation<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and issuing of contract documents to our supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and agreeing Monthly progress applications<\/li>\n<li>Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense\/acceleration claims<\/li>\n<li>Providing fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly commercial project reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide Data and analysis of issues &amp; risks as required by Management<\/li>\n<li>Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the client, main contractor and other departments<\/li>\n<li>All other duties associated with this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience in a QS role or engineering role with good commercial exposure<\/li>\n<li>A wide understanding of subcontracts<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for candidates from CSA and MEP discipline areas.<\/li>\n<li>Good with Figures<\/li>\n<li>Able to negotiate with clients and subcontractors on a professional level<\/li>\n<li>Experience in use of Excel a requirement (SAP experience an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Must have good English language skills (local language is an advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We build and manage complex engineering &amp; construction projects for the world\u2019s leading corporations.
