maintenance manuals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1283\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1283\">Coordinate commissioning of electrical systems within the teams and other stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1344\">\n<p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1344\">Perform full review of inspection and test documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1403\">\n<p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1403\">Review and issue final handover packages to the client<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1507\">\n<p data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1507\">Ensure compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1597\">\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1597\">Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close out of defects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1659\">Oversee that testing is correctly executed on the project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1755\">\n<p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1755\">Liaise with the construction management team and client on installation and quality matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1783\">\n<p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1783\">Attend quality meetings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1841\">\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1841\">Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1846\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1869\"><strong data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1869\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"2400\">\n<li data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"2034\">\n<p data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"2034\">Electrical Trade Background and\/or a Third Level qualification in either Electrical or Building Services Engineering preferred such as NVQ\/City and Guilds etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2086\">\n<p data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2086\">8+ years experience in a similar role essential<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2139\">\n<p data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2139\">Good knowledge of installation and commissioning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2210\">\n<p data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2210\">Excellent attention to detail and organisational \/ planning skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2277\">\n<p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2277\">Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2344\">\n<p data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2344\">Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2400\">\n<p data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2400\">Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
