We are currently supporting a leading offshore wind developer in hiring an experienced O&M Environment Specialist<\/strong>. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing the environmental strategy for the operations and maintenance phase of a large-scale offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Act as the Environmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the O&M phase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop and maintain Operational Environmental Management Plans (OEMPs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage environmental procedures and reporting obligations \u2013 both internal and external<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Oversee procurement and contract management for environmental service providers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate with permitting authorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure proper functioning of the Operational Environmental Compliance Tracker<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Collect and manage data related to environmental monitoring and compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support ESG strategy and deliverables at operational level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate across packages and support technical teams with environmental input<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Advise on and manage environmental incidents and mitigation actions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead communication with stakeholders regarding environmental matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental management, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or offshore energy projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven experience in environmental compliance and reporting in the O&M phase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Knowledge of Polish environmental law and permitting processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience managing contractors, consultants, and data workflows related to ESG<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n Full suite of environmental management plans and procedures for operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Active permit and compliance tracking system (Operational Environmental Compliance Tracker)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Completed environmental procurement processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Accurate and timely reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Offered:<\/strong><\/p>\n Key role in the operational phase of one of the largest offshore wind farms in the region<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A highly visible position at the intersection of compliance, ESG, and offshore operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Flexible contract (B2B or employment)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Competitive remuneration based on seniority and project scope<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n We are currently supporting a leading offshore wind developer in hiring an experienced O&M Environment Specialist.
