This role covers the full procurement cycle \u2014 from needs collection and business case construction to market analysis, supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and payment follow-up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Scope of Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic Sourcing:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Define commodity strategies, supplier target panels, and action plans to develop a reliable, sustainable, and competitive supply base.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Indirect Sourcing team to identify and leverage sourcing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze market trends, benchmark suppliers, and share intelligence with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate or participate in cost reduction programs based on supply chain capabilities and usage reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure usage of the validated supplier target panel; veto usage of non-approved suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operational Procurement:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Onboard suppliers in the sourcing tool, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Applying personal data protection rules.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting relevant supplier information.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing supplier financial health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manage the supplier platform for various sourcing streams (onboarding, updates, follow-up, and issue resolution).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sourcing trackers with zero late purchase orders and 100% accurate data.<\/li>\n<li>Create and follow up on purchase orders until execution and payment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with the Arabelle Solutions suppliers\u2019 accounting team and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sourcing activities, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ), sole-source negotiations, and e-sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Engage proactively with requestors, IT, finance, legal, and compliance teams to find consensus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuous Improvement:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Deliver relevant KPIs, budgets, and data to indirect site leaders and commodity leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement tools, standard work processes, and reporting improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Structure spend data to optimize commodity strategies and action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Lead data quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authority:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Contribute to and deploy sourcing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform contract negotiations according to company templates.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).<\/li>\n<li>Propose cost reduction initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead improvements in data quality and sourcing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Experience in developing and managing a supplier base.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability in contract negotiation and management.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in supplier usage management within relevant commodities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in data management, financial analysis, and sourcing analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and e-procurement platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills &amp;
