Travel may at times be frequent and could require time away from your base location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of the best in class estimation process and working with other sector leads and commercial leads in this space to enhance the offering around value optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Development of estimates and alignment with wider practices such as carbon and inherent risk etc for added value.<\/li>\n<li>Able to lead the quantum assessment of projects and optioneering\/ value engineering solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead in the build up of rates based on known factors and aligned with market factors.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the development of budgets, baselines and forecasts and in inherent risk and contingency development.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of process improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Interfacing and engagement with project staff including cost, commercial and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Management of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the production of close-out reports.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of outputs and recommendations to clients and their supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Lead engagements when travelling to different sites\/locations nationally and internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring junior staff and upskilling both internal and external stakeholders in the arena of cost and commercial assurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
