This role blends financial planning with business intelligence and automation, providing strategic insight and scalable solutions to regional finance leaders. If you&#8217;re excited about leveraging tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, developing macros, and working on predictive analytics to improve processes and drive financial performance, this is your opportunity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards in\u00a0<strong>IBM Cognos Insight<\/strong>\u00a0,\u00a0<strong>Power BI<\/strong>\u00a0and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Automate recurring financial tasks using\u00a0<strong>Power Automate<\/strong>\u00a0,\u00a0<strong>VBA<\/strong>\u00a0, and scripting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Build predictive models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct variance, trend, and scenario analysis to inform business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with International teams to standardise reporting and optimise data workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Build queries to extract and transform data from ERP systems (e.g.,\u00a0<strong>IBM Cognos, Oracle, Workday<\/strong>\u00a0) for analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate complex insights to finance and business stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills essential<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage details but also understand the \u201cbig picture\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>3+ years of FP&amp;A or business analytics experience<\/strong>\u00a0in a multinational or\u00a0<strong>matrixed organization<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas,\u00a0<strong>pivot tables, and VBA\/macros<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with\u00a0<strong>Power BI<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Power Automate<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>SQL, Python, or R<\/strong>\u00a0for data analysis or automation.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0<strong>predictive analytics or machine learning models<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems like\u00a0<strong>Oracle, or Workday.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re seeking a technically skilled\u00a0FP&amp;A Analyst\u00a0to join our International\u00a0Finance Support Team\u00a0.
