At Winthrop, we are seeking a proactive and experienced\u00a0Talent Acquisition Specialist\u00a0<\/strong>to join our team, this position is\u00a0fully based on-site<\/strong>\u00a0at our Head Office in\u00a0Ballymount, Dublin 22.<\/strong>\u00a0This role will play a key function in\u00a0sourcing, attracting and securing top talent<\/strong>\u00a0across several disciplines including but not limited to:\u00a0Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial<\/strong>\u00a0departments to support\u00a0major projects in Ireland and across Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>Talent Acquisition Lead<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Collaborate with hiring teams\u00a0<\/strong>to identify resourcing plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies<\/strong>\u00a0to attract top talent.<\/li>\n
    • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates<\/strong>\u00a0through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals.<\/li>\n
    • Communicate effectively<\/strong>\u00a0with candidates to set\u00a0clear expectations<\/strong>\u00a0regarding process, timelines and offer details.<\/li>\n
    • Responsible for\u00a0managing recruitment agencies<\/strong>\u00a0and ensuring compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Screen candidates<\/strong>, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.<\/li>\n
    • Build and maintain relationships<\/strong>\u00a0with potential candidates and internal hiring teams.<\/li>\n
    • Represent the company<\/strong>\u00a0at job fairs and recruitment events.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure a\u00a0positive candidate experience<\/strong>\u00a0throughout the recruitment journey.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics<\/strong>\u00a0to improve the hiring process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Skills\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Proven experience in recruitment;<\/strong>\u00a0construction or engineering sector desired.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in\u00a0managing recruitment PSLs<\/strong>\u00a0and vendor relationships beneficial.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to\u00a0manage multiple roles<\/strong>\u00a0and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building<\/strong>\u00a0skills.<\/li>\n
      • Familiar with\u00a0Applicant Tracking Systems\u00a0<\/strong>(ATS) and\u00a0recruitment analytics.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
