As a Senior Contract Specialist you will advise project managers on the contractual strategy and manage contracts throughout projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
    \n
  • Accompany project managers in the set up of the project plan and align contract management plan<\/li>\n
  • Function as a business partner for project managers<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of contractual\/commercial input for internal and external reporting<\/li>\n
  • Management of variation process including identification, preparation, approval, negotiating and reporting<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that proper contract compliance and contract administration is maintained in the project<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that contracts and commercial risks are identified, properly evaluated and mitigated<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and analyse issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Ensure contract management all along the projects on all topics<\/li>\n
  • Manage relations with external partners and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    You are meant for this job if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • University level education in legal, business, engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n
    • 7+ years’ experience in a\u00a0related field<\/li>\n
    • Profound conceptual understanding and mastery of contract management, negotiation and problem seolving<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of project management<\/li>\n
    • Proven middle management skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and influence skills, capacity to motivate and engage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
