The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication lead to effective results. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Area Service Manager, you will be working at site and reporting to the Service Director<\/li>\n<li>Guiding the site teams to ensure that they deliver optimized operation of Customer assets, encompassing Quality, HSE, production performance, asset security, operations and maintenance activities and employee development<\/li>\n<li>Manage service contract budgets and costs effectively, reaching specific targets and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Establish meaningful connections with clients to meet contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid professional background with sales and project management experience in wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or construction, including involvement in large, complex projects with an advanced understanding of commercial and contractual implications<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in engaging with stakeholders across different tiers, paired with capable leadership to inspire and coordinate teams toward desired results.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present information professionally and persuasively to ensure clarity and buy-in while effectively analyzing and connecting insights to support informed decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and forward-thinking, so critical situations are mitigated ahead of time<\/li>\n<li>Adept political acumen and the ability to navigate complex internal and external environments using strategic foresight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for issues in your area until a solution has been identified and implemented<\/li>\n<li>Great communication skills, combined with a commercial and strategic mindset and experience with change and conflict management<\/li>\n<li>Good stakeholder management skills and a curious attitude, always aiming to understand the need of our customer<\/li>\n<li>Structured and focused on the important details, while thriving in an innovative and fast-growing environment<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills, and experienced with Office applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a challenging job, a learning environment and opportunities for career development at a well-established wind turbine manufacturer.
