{"id":7196,"date":"2025-10-30T00:30:41","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T10:36:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7196"},"modified":"2025-11-03T09:24:14","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T08:24:14","slug":"winthrop-technologies-ltd-travel-co-ordinator-dublin-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7196","title":{"rendered":"Travel Co-Ordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"139\">Winthrop Technologies<\/strong> is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, offering services from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services, as well as commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>Winthrop has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and the only dedicated data centre delivery partner in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.<\/p>\n<p>We wish to hire a <strong data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"844\">Travel Co-Ordinator<\/strong> to join the team in our Ballymount Office.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"892\" \/>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"2201\">\n<li data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1014\">Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters across the organization<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1186\">Manage the primary travel email inbox by monitoring incoming messages, prioritizing emails, and promptly forwarding them to the appropriate team members or departments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1339\">Manage travel, hotel accommodation, rental cars, and transfer requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1431\">Ensure clear and timely communication between head office and approvers\/on-site offices<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1555\">Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to share and verify the latest data related to travel expenses and agreements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1642\">Oversee and support travel operations in Ireland and across European project sites<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1754\">Handle administrative duties including invoices, payment approval, contract setup, documentation, and forms<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1813\">Monitor and ensure compliance with all travel requests<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1929\">Liaise with travel agencies to guarantee high service standards and address any issues or complaints that arise<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"1990\">Maintain accurate records of all travel-related bookings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2035\">Prepare high-quality reports as required<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2141\">Provide regular updates on travel-related matters to the Travel Coordinator Lead and Finance Director<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2201\">Assist other areas of the Travel Department as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2206\" \/>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2587\">\n<li data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2278\">Good command of English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2351\">Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2431\">Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver, and teamwork oriented<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2486\">Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2537\">Extremely proficient in MS Office applications<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2587\">Awareness of international travel regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
