Your role will involve working with the UK&amp;I RSLD to help foster growth within our core team, collaborating with peers across all disciplines and developing existing and new relationships with clients to maximize our combined offerings and secure new wins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of previous experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental Impact Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Planning and DCO<\/li>\n<li>Nature Based Solutions, Biodiversity Net Gain<\/li>\n<li>Sustainability and carbon reduction<\/li>\n<li>Environmental regulation and policy<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to UK&amp;I Environment Strategy to identify growth areas and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Lead on recruitment, strategy and development of team<\/li>\n<li>Network internally and externally to support and drive business development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical and expert advice to clients, oversee and direct projects<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with wider Egis team to develop market leading and innovative services to our clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on, delivery and client focused<\/li>\n<li>Energised with a positive and strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with and manage internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business development and work winning skills<\/li>\n<li>People management and team leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Decisive and calm under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"jobad-qualifications\"><strong>What do we need from you<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated\u00a0to degree level or higher, BSc\/MSc in environmental\/water management, engineering or related subjects<\/li>\n<li>Chartered member of a professional institution such as CIWEM, Society for Environment etc.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive demonstrable client, contractor or consultancy experience in UK&amp;I Environment Sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to lead our Environment team, driving growth, innovation and sustainability in the UK?
