As Platform Area Lead, you will own the vision and roadmap for our core Enterprise Platforms and play a key role in defining how we deliver value to the business through scalable, secure, and innovative platform capabilities together with our strategic partners.\u00a0You&#8217;ll lead across five main platform domains, each with its own product owner reporting directly to you and a technical team reporting to the Technical Area Lead. Your role is to bring it all together &#8211; aligning product teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders around a shared direction and combined platform vision.This is a senior leadership role that requires technical insight, effective stakeholder engagement, and a clear product led mindset.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the platform area in alignment with Product Areas, Data &amp; AI, platform partners and Enterprise Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure platform investments support business priorities<\/li>\n<li>Translate business product needs into platform strategies and roadmaps, while being visionary, thinking strategic and ahead of products is key<\/li>\n<li>Lead and guide Platform Product Owners in shaping and executing their platform roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Inspire teams to innovate, build for reuse, and continuously improve platform value and performance<\/li>\n<li>Drive and lead the transition towards a more autonomous business, focus on strategic alignment, adopting new technologies like AI, fostering a culture of innovation, and prioritizing data-driven decision making<\/li>\n<li>Drive vendor relationships and evaluate partner contributions in line with strategic objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in product management, digital platform leadership, or enterprise architecture<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of modern digital organizations and product-led delivery models<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing complex roadmaps and\/or capability maps across multiple domains<\/li>\n<li>Technical know-how within<strong> SAP, CRM, PLM, IAM<\/strong>, and Integrations &#8211; enough to challenge and support your teams effectively<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in large, cross-functional organizations or consultancy companies is beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with or inside our enterprise partners such as SAP, Salesforce, or PTC<\/li>\n<li>Experience in license and vendor negotiation is beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visionary thinking: Ability to set direction, articulate a compelling platform vision, and engage others to follow it<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management: Effective communication and influencing skills across business and technical audiences.
