{"id":7552,"date":"2025-12-15T00:32:26","date_gmt":"2025-09-23T11:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7552"},"modified":"2026-04-17T13:04:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T11:04:47","slug":"collen-contracts-manager-kildare-irlandia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/collen-contracts-manager-kildare-irlandia\/","title":{"rendered":"Contracts Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>A third level qualification in Construction Management<\/li>\n<li>Membership of a recognised professional body<\/li>\n<li>5 years post qualification experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Contracts Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects or a single high value project through leadership, people\/supply chain management, commercial and contract management along with technical &amp; engineering expertise throughout the project life cycle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management, Planning, and Progress Tracking of works<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for Collen regarding project performance.<\/li>\n<li>Overall management lead of large value \/ multiple large value projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with marketing and business development departments to support their functions.<\/li>\n<li>Managing design teams and external consultants, along with in-depth technical understanding of the design details and interfaces. Comfortable in challenging design details\/decisions in order to ensure best practice compliance. Supporting Collen Design Manager and Designers.<\/li>\n<li>BIM implementation and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Navisworks to plan projects. Communication of project plan and progress to site team during daily whiteboard meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Resource planning, aligning Collen staff and subcontractors to satisfy job requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor selection and management throughout works.<\/li>\n<li>Particular focus on the management and co-ordination of Mechanical and Electrical contractors, along with other specialist and\/or high value, high risk subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and tracking of key performance indicators for the project(s).<\/li>\n<li>Problem identification, avoidance and solving.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing lean construction practices and innovations.
