Your core responsibility will be to <strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"504\">establish, manage, and review project safety arrangements<\/strong> to ensure health and safety risks are effectively controlled across all project phases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"623\"><strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"623\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"1789\">\n<li data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"699\">\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"699\">Ensure <strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"673\">client-side governance and assurance<\/strong> of CDM Duty Holder roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"821\">\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"821\">Coordinate and integrate <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"754\">Principal Designer (PD)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"788\">Principal Contractor (PC)<\/strong> activities across the programme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"880\">\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"880\">Develop, maintain, and communicate the <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"879\">CDM Strategy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1004\">\n<p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1004\">Conduct <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"924\">competence assessments\/audits<\/strong> (Skills\/Knowledge\/Experience) for the appointment of designers and contractors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1118\">\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1118\">Collect and manage <strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1064\">Pre-Construction Information (PCI)<\/strong>, including surveys, as-built drawings, and health &amp; safety files.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1206\">\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1206\">Drive collaboration using <strong data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1168\">digital platforms<\/strong> to manage Safety in Design processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1259\">\n<p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1259\">Identify and coordinate <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1258\">significant CDM risks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1364\">\n<p data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1364\">Create <strong data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1281\">KPI sets<\/strong> for Pre-Construction and Construction phases and report performance to the Client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1443\">\n<p data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1443\">Provide expert CDM advice and ensure CDM obligations are met programme-wide.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1545\">\n<p data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1545\">Monitor design-related CDM hazards via design risk reviews and manage a <strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1544\">Programme CDM Risk Log<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1663\">\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1663\">Independently audit <strong data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1581\">PD duties<\/strong> including design reviews, residual risk registers, PCI, and <strong>health &amp; safety<\/strong>\u00a0file development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1789\">\n<p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1789\">Independently audit <strong data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1699\">PC duties<\/strong> including Construction Phase Plans, site safety, logistics, and subcontractor management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2141\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1821\"><strong data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1821\">Who We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"2136\">\n<li data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1887\">\n<p data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1887\">Professionally qualified \u2013 ideally <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1886\">Graduate member of IOSH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1945\">\n<p data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"1945\">Member of the <strong data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1944\">Association for Project Safety (APS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2036\">\n<p data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"2036\">Strong understanding of <strong data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"1996\">CDM 2015 regulations<\/strong>, risk management, and safety in design.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2136\">\n<p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2136\">Experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams and ensuring compliance on large-scale programmes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2141\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2306\">At <strong>AECOM<\/strong>, we don\u2019t just build infrastructure \u2013 we enhance lives and strengthen communities.
