Now Hiring: Mechanical Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to continued growth and recent project wins, we are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager<\/strong> to join our expanding team.<\/p>\n

This role involves full management of the Mechanical Scope of Work (SOW)<\/strong> for our data centre projects, with oversight of cost, schedule, and budget.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Mechanical Project Manager, your duties will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Managing and tracking project milestones to prevent schedule delays.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reviewing construction proposals, scopes, and pricing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Full cost management of Mechanical SOW:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Internal Mechanical Team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Subcontractors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Materials and deliveries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Plant and equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Variations and valuations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Planning daily site operations with package managers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Managing subcontractor activities, schedules, and manpower.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Monitoring punch lists and snagging with site supervisors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Reporting weekly labour hours (internal and subcontractor) for tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attending all relevant project and coordination meetings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Supporting project close-out: Final Account, O&M Manuals, QA\/Safety Files, Material & Plant returns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Compiling weekly progress reports based on WBS codes and identifying risks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Tracking all material deliveries in line with project schedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Conducting weekly commercial meetings to track variations and costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Promoting a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE)<\/strong> culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Supporting and implementing company procedures with the Package Managers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Managing project changes related to cost and programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      To succeed in this role, you should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Proven experience in Mechanical Project Management<\/strong>, ideally in data centre environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong capability in managing scope, schedule, and budget.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Solid track record in coordinating large-scale mechanical installations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Technical knowledge of mechanical systems in a data centre context.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Familiarity with design-and-build processes for mission-critical facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
