Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.\u00a0We have an opportunity for a\u00a0<strong>Document Controller\u00a0<\/strong>on a major data centre project in Finland.\u202f This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.<strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health &amp; Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p id=\"job-requirements-title\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar site-based role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of verbal and written English is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\">\n<p id=\"job-benefits-title\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on large scale data centre projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborative team working environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Career progression and development supported<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Winthrop Technologies Ltd. are an equal opportunities employer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is Europe\u2019s only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning.
