Currently, we are delivering multiple data centre projects<\/strong> across seven European countries<\/strong>, representing over 430 MW of IT load<\/strong> under active construction.<\/p>\n

We are now looking for a Quality Manager<\/strong> to join our growing team and support the continued delivery of high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure all works comply with the Winthrop Integrated Management System<\/strong> covering Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and conduct quality audits<\/strong> and inspections to verify compliance with quality control procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Implement and maintain the company’s quality policies<\/strong> on-site.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and manage project-specific Quality Plans<\/strong> according to client and company requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate and ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems<\/strong> align with Winthrop\u2019s standards and are fully effective.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with the client\u2019s quality assurance and control team<\/strong> to proactively resolve any quality-related issues.<\/li>\n
  • Provide guidance and quality input<\/strong> to on-site staff, supporting continuous improvement and project feasibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience<\/strong> in a similar Quality Manager<\/strong> role within the construction industry<\/strong>, ideally on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • A Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in Construction Management<\/strong> or Engineering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field software<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong background in personnel management<\/strong>, including staffing and scheduling.<\/li>\n
    • Process-driven mindset with a focus on Quality Work Management Systems<\/strong> and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
