Some of our current clients include Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Homes England, MHCLG and Sheffield Council.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Management Services to include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising the client to help them define the strategic brief, including goals and objectives of the project<\/li>\n<li>Support the client to establish and procure the project team<\/li>\n<li>Define the project success factors including time, cost, quality, environmental, and social outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Define and agree project governance structure aligned to client and legislative requirements<\/li>\n<li>Produce a detail project execution plan that outlines how the project will be managed<\/li>\n<li>Establish reporting requirements and production of progress reports Leading and acting as an integrator of multidiscipline services at all stages of the project life cycle<\/li>\n<li>Establish and manage the change control process<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and advising upon project performance against success indicators<\/li>\n<li>Implement performance management techniques, including the use of KPI\u2019s to improve project performance<\/li>\n<li>Establish a communication strategy and information management plan and implement this across the project managing the interface between all parties and the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to leading Project Management services for our clients you will be responsible for managing our commissions internally and work with our Account Leaders to position and win new work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Internal Project Management and Business Development services to include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage our commissions in accordance with our BMS process<\/li>\n<li>Oversee resourcing and commercial performance of our commissions managing risk and maximising opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Capturing project capability and add value evidence through Project Case studies and Client feedback<\/li>\n<li>Supporting account leaders to develop new opportunities for our business including cross-selling our solutions to help our clients overcome challenges<\/li>\n<li>Management of bids through our WIN process<\/li>\n<li>Driving innovation to support efficiency and quality of service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate specification<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate alignment with our Mott MacDonald PRIDE values<\/li>\n<li>Demonstratable relevant project management experience in the Buildings Sector<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable knowledge and application of pre and post contract project management and contract management methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team<\/li>\n<li>Working towards or be a MAPM \/ MRICS \/ MCIOB or equivalent Chartered Professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relationship building skills \u2013ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to mentor and coach junior members of the team to support career progression and chartership<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication and organisation skills<\/li>\n<li>Soft skills including self-motivation; taking initiative; leadership, adaptability and flexibility; effective listening, collaboration; influence and persuasion, insightfulness<\/li>\n<li>Drive to innovate and implement best practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>If you meet 80% or more of what we\u2019re looking for, please still apply.
