This role is critical in overseeing the electrical design, implementation, and quality assurance of our data centre project based in Dublin.<\/div>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Manage, review, and coordinate electrical design and construction drawings; resolve technical issues and drive solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to subcontractors and site teams on all aspects of electrical engineering.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and prioritise tasks for the technical team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of works.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure full compliance with project plans, schedules, and Health & Safety regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues using established troubleshooting and root-cause analysis techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee document control processes, ensuring all logs, records, and technical documentation are maintained and updated.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and coordinate test packs and handover documentation for electrical systems in line with commissioning and client requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Promote and enforce high standards of compliance and governance,\u00a0including:\n
      \n
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety risks.<\/li>\n
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance safety and performance.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure all subcontractors maintain excellent site housekeeping and organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Skills \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg. Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering<\/li>\n
      • 5+ years experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of HSE requirements on large-scale projects<\/li>\n
      • Data Centre experience is advantageous<\/li>\n
      • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skill<\/li>\n
      • Competency in MS Office and document control software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
