Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced\u00a0Senior Quantity Surveyor\u00a0to join our team on a major\u00a0data centre project in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of the project, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor management, and client engagement.<\/p>\n<p>As a senior member of the commercial team, you will lead on procurement, oversee multiple complex subcontract packages, and provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure project success. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong technical, financial, and people management skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricing<\/li>\n<li>Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director<\/li>\n<li>Manage relevant client communications<\/li>\n<li>Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedure<\/li>\n<li>Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings<\/li>\n<li>Resolve client\/subcontractor disputes effectively<\/li>\n<li>Timely submission of claims\/notices in accordance with contract provisions<\/li>\n<li>Document cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, qualification &amp; experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years\u2019 experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and analytically proficient<\/li>\n<li>Data Centre experience is advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work with a Market Leader in the Data centre Industry<\/li>\n<li>Supportive career development<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary package<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>Pipeline of project growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is Europe\u2019s only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning.
