Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.We are now seeking an experienced\u00a0CSA Project Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to join our team on a new Data Centre project in\u00a0Dublin 15<\/strong>.\u00a0Reporting to the Project Director<\/strong>, this role will be responsible for leading the delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural packages, including structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing,\u00a0<\/strong>ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\u00a0<\/section>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and oversee\u00a0CSA work packages<\/strong>\u00a0including\u00a0structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage.<\/li>\n
  • Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project meetings.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost reports.<\/li>\n
  • Apply knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams.<\/li>\n
  • Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.<\/li>\n
  • Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n
  • Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee project close-out, ensuring smooth transfer to the client with all required documentation and warranties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role within Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience managing\u00a0structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages<\/strong>\u00a0on major projects.<\/li>\n
    • Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with project management software is beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
