Do you want to be part of a great international company world leader in wind energy?\u00a0Then take a closer look at this career opportunity and join Vestas!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You wish to acquire experiment within an international group, leader in its market and oriented towards respect for the environment.<\/p>\n<p>The Service department, in charge of preventive and curative maintenance of the Vestas wind turbines installed in France, is looking for a Dispatcher for maintenance operations for the region of Fruges.<\/p>\n<p>Attached to the Service Operation Support department, the Dispatcher will work in partnership with the operation manager and their technical teams. Your mission will be to plan maintenance activities in compliance with implementation processes in order to ensure safety, as well as quality during operations and the performance of our turbines in accordance with our contract obligations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the responsibility of the planning team leader, the incumbent will be responsible for:<\/li>\n<li>Accurately preparing a 3-week schedule &gt; Short term schedule<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and refining a 12-week schedule &gt; medium term schedule<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and smoothing the workload over the year &gt; long term planning<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing interventions by grouping tasks according to operational priorities<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating and formulating requests for support in accordance with the load plan analysis<\/li>\n<li>Checking the availability of tools and material<\/li>\n<li>Issuing purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Assigning mission orders to relevant personnel<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that work orders are completed by Field Technician in order to avoid pending and overdue work tasks<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring indicators used to measure planning performance, while acting accurately in case of deviation<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a safety focus over launched activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-years study level or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>English good working knowledge, both written and spoken (B1 minimum level of the European framework of reference)<\/li>\n<li>Experiment in an industrial environment<\/li>\n<li>Mastering Pack Office , Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High flexibility (to be able to work in a changing environment).<\/li>\n<li>Well and professionally organized faire pr &gt; management of priorities<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating autonomy .
