Engineering of Projects in Oil &amp; Gas, Energy, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Polymer, Oleo Chemicals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1989\">\n<p data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1989\">Strong ability in technical matters with an emphasis on safe, compliant, reliable, efficient and practical solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2101\">\n<p data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2101\">Strong knowledge of applicable engineering principles, processes and tools within the respective discipline<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2305\">\n<p data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2305\">Understands interrelations between different Engineering Disciplines as well as other functions and works towards the optimized solution, challenges the engineering team to achieve project objectives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2367\">\n<p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2367\">Strong knowledge of project execution in the EPC industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2481\">\n<p data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2481\">Able to define an engineering execution plan and split scope between E&amp;C centers or Engineering subcontractor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2682\">\n<p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2682\">Enables Project Engineers to develop their skills and abilities and encourages a learning culture;
