You&#8217;ll play a key role in identifying and managing risks, ensuring the highest safety standards from design to start-up.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"469\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"501\"><strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"501\">Your key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"1288\">\n<li data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"589\">\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"589\">Develop smart risk management plans and advise on the best safety assessment tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"682\">\n<p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"682\">Clearly explain safety concepts to clients and help secure successful project agreements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"737\">\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"737\">Guide technical teams on relevant safety standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"832\">\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"832\">Lead and participate in hazard identification and analysis (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"926\">\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"926\">Analyze potential process hazards (fire, explosion, etc.) and develop effective solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"988\">\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"988\">Utilize software like DNV PHAST for modeling and analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1072\">\n<p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1072\">Contribute to fire and gas detection concepts and hazardous area classification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1152\">\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1152\">Support the application of Functional Safety principles throughout projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1193\">\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1193\">Facilitate safety reviews and audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1288\">\n<p data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1288\">Travel worldwide to advise on safety during commissioning and conduct pre-start-up reviews<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1293\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1315\"><strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1315\">Are you a MATCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"2102\">\n<li data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1469\">\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1469\">University degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline which has a strong focus on Process Engineering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1560\">\n<p data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1560\">Minimum 3\u20135 years professional experience in process engineering and\/or process safety<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1717\">\n<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1717\">Ability and desire to be a generalist; interpreting and assessing technical information from a variety of processes including several novel technologies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1777\">\n<p data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1777\">Excellent communication skills, poise and assertiveness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1829\">\n<p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1829\">Autonomous working style and analytical mindset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1893\">\n<p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1893\">Strong organizational skills and good teamwork capabilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1952\">\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1952\">Very good command of English (both spoken and written)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"1978\">\n<p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1978\">Willingness to travel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<p data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2038\">Willingness to further develop your professional skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2102\">\n<p data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2102\">Command of the French language would be an additional asset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ready to make a real impact on safety in exciting projects?
