The expert will contribute to Egis\u2019s technical excellence and visibility among clients and prospects, engage in innovative practices, and share knowledge within the Group.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"678\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"704\"><strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"702\">About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"1936\">\n<li data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"873\">Provide technical leadership and expertise in the planning, design, and construction of tunnels for infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and bridges<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1042\">Lead the development and implementation of tunnel design concepts, methodologies, and solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1195\">Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and specifications for tunnel design and construction<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1362\">Lead the preparation and review of tunnel design documents, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy and quality<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1552\">Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle, including tendering, procurement, and construction phases<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1727\">Conduct technical reviews and inspections of tunnel construction activities, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1936\">Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in tunnel design, construction, and maintenance, incorporating new methodologies and tools into project delivery processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1941\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1977\"><strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1975\">What Do We Need From You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2647\">\n<li data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2065\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2183\">Minimum of 10 years of experience in tunnel engineering and construction, with a focus on infrastructure projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2293\">Proven track record of successful tunnel projects, including design, construction, and maintenance phases<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2425\">Strong technical expertise in tunnel engineering, geotechnical engineering, and structural engineering principles and practices<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2490\">Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2647\">Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Tunnel Expert will provide technical expertise and guidance, ensuring that all tunnel projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within the local context.
