The network is expanding beyond the M25, and the number of contractors delivering services is increasing accordingly. With TotalEnergies\u2019 strong focus on HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment), a major cultural and operational transformation is underway. The company is strengthening safety controls and management systems to ensure that all employees and contractors understand and follow safe working practices.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, the <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"555\">HSE Advisor<\/strong> plays a crucial role in ensuring that all internal and external TCSUK processes are carried out safely and efficiently. The position involves fostering a positive safety culture\u2014winning hearts and minds\u2014so that everyone contributes to a safe, compliant, and productive environment. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) performance in line with the TCSUK and TotalEnergies strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This role oversees the safety of more than 40 TCSUK employees in their daily operations and includes on-site collaboration with contractors and internal teams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1194\">YOUR IMPACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"2862\">\n<li data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1408\">Ensure all TCSUK employees and contractors understand and fulfil their HSE obligations in compliance with TotalEnergies rules and UK legislation, with particular emphasis on team leads and external partners.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1563\">Manage the transition of TCSUK\u2019s HSE management system to align with TotalEnergies standards, including producing required analyses and documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1748\">Develop and maintain HSE systems to ensure certification to relevant standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, as well as any other business-relevant certifications.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1860\">Oversee all internal and external HSE audits, including creating the annual internal audit plan for the UK.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1960\">Actively promote a culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) across all teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2110\">Review, update, and expand existing HSE documentation to ensure full compliance with TotalEnergies standards and any new regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2258\">Lead incident investigations, develop recommendations, and ensure corrective measures are communicated and implemented across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2361\">Ensure robust emergency preparedness by coordinating and managing drills for identified scenarios.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2453\">Promote near-miss reporting and analysis, using findings to enhance prevention efforts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2527\">Deliver monthly safety committee meetings and report global HSE KPIs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2622\">Serve as the TCSUK focal point for the organisation and delivery of the annual Safety Day.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2725\">Manage relevant departmental budgets, ensuring effective cost control and efficiency improvements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2862\">Represent TCSUK in industry bodies to develop best practice guidance and integrate these standards within TotalEnergies\u2019 operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2889\">Contractor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"3294\">\n<li data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2988\">Support the procurement team in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on HSE performance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3080\">Identify risks and weaknesses within the contractor base and develop improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3171\">Conduct field visits and audits to ensure contractor compliance with HSE requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3294\">Participate in supplier business reviews, providing feedback on HSE performance and identifying areas for development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3309\">ABOUT YOU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a proactive and confident safety professional who can engage operational teams and contractors in building a strong HSEQ culture.
