Security, Client &amp; MEP Consultants, Clients Cx, Local Authorities, and other stakeholders as required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1338\">\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1791\">\n<p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1791\">Review alternative technical proposals from MEPF contractors for client acceptability prior to formal submission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1896\">\n<p data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1896\">Track and monitor MEPF shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals, supporting reviewers as needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1952\">\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1952\">Attend and lead project Lean Last Planning Sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"2073\">\n<p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2073\">Assist Planning Department with defining and tracking equipment delivery dates for MEPF contractors and OFCI Vendors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2135\">\n<p data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2135\">Coordinate the sequence of MEPF works on behalf of the GC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2231\">\n<p data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2231\">Track, monitor, and report daily MEPF progress, including manpower and equipment deployment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2336\">\n<p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2336\">Review progress against resources and forecast future resource requirements to meet\/recover schedule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2429\">\n<p data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2429\">Advise MEPF contractors on long lead equipment handling, installation, and commissioning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2527\">\n<p data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2527\">Ensure MEPF contractor-provided equipment for installations and testing is secured in advance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2612\">\n<p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2612\">Review quality of MEPF installations during work in progress to minimise reworks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2678\">\n<p data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2678\">Communicate client best practices and standards to MEPF teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2679\" data-end=\"2740\">\n<p data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2740\">Close out contractor comments and non-conformance reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2868\">\n<p data-start=\"2743\" data-end=\"2868\">Review MEPF contractors\u2019 ITPs, inspection notices, pre-commissioning and commissioning plans with the commissioning manager<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2930\">\n<p data-start=\"2871\" data-end=\"2930\">Provide guidance on installation and coordination at site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2931\" data-end=\"2992\">\n<p data-start=\"2933\" data-end=\"2992\">Determine acceptable deviations from design\/shop drawings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3089\">\n<p data-start=\"2995\" data-end=\"3089\">Coordinate with LLE vendors for equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3174\">\n<p data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3174\">Verify reported vs actual progress at site to ensure contractors are on schedule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3270\">\n<p data-start=\"3177\" data-end=\"3270\">Oversee MEPF L1-L3 commissioning and interface with clients Cx team for L4-L5 commissioning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3324\">\n<p data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3324\">Manage MEPF contractors through to handover (TOC)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3413\">\n<p data-start=\"3327\" data-end=\"3413\">Review MEPF variations or scope changes and liaise with commercial team for approval<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3514\">\n<p data-start=\"3416\" data-end=\"3514\">Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems and develop mitigation strategies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3515\" data-end=\"3588\">\n<p data-start=\"3517\" data-end=\"3588\">Implement and enforce quality control standards for MEP installations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3589\" data-end=\"3699\">\n<p data-start=\"3591\" data-end=\"3699\">Develop and manage project schedule for MEP installations, coordinating with other construction activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3700\"
