asset lifecycle activities, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"998\">Dispatch and return of all plant &amp; assets relative to project requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1182\">Manage planned and reactive maintenance of all project assets, including site cabins, tools, plant, equipment, and vehicle fleet; minimise downtime and maximise asset productivity<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1296\">Develop a full lifecycle cost register of all plant and equipment, identifying optimum lifespan of each asset<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1368\">Procure and\/or hire plant and equipment at the most economical cost<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1441\">Generate hire versus buy appraisals for all site plant and equipment<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1566\">Maintain most economical procurement and\/or hire approach through strategic engagement with plant hire and sales vendors<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1639\">Procure all site and vehicle fuel and replacement parts requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1742\">Ensure profitability of the Plant Department through efficient cost management and revenue control<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1835\">Set and administer internal charge-out of all plant department related costs to projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1883\">Manage central workshop and yard operations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"1965\">Manage site logistics requirements, including haulage as required by projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2067\">Maintain thorough technical understanding of large plant items, including tower and mobile cranes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2137\">Manage re-use, sale, and\/or recycling of plant assets effectively<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2230\">Manage vehicle incidents and accidents, organising efficient repair and rescue solutions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2306\">Align plant management with the sustainability strategy of the business<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2402\">Provide research and guidance on latest plant and equipment innovations within the industry<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2451\">Assign vehicles and maintain records for BIK<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2532\">Oversee vehicle maintenance, including NCT, DOE, insurance, and tax bookings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2660\">Maintain up-to-date records for all plant, vehicles, and tools in compliance with best practice and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2741\">Organise, document, and manage maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and faults<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2788\">Minimise downtime and maximise asset value<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2852\">Develop plans for replacement or upgrade of obsolete assets<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2979\">Act as point of contact for onboarding new employees on all matters relating to company vehicles and Collen plant services<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3038\">Track, trace, and document all leased and hired assets<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3189\">Organise six-monthly inspection and testing of lift devices (forklifts, teleporters, chains, slings, waste skips, concrete skips, harnesses, etc.)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3293\">Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3295\" data-end=\"3309\">Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3312\" data-end=\"3482\">\n<li data-start=\"3312\" data-end=\"3427\">Prepare prequalification, tender, and tender return appraisals for all supply of vehicles, equipment, and plant<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3428\" data-end=\"3482\">Prepare monthly reports and provide data analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3499\">Commercial:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3502\" data-end=\"4057\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"3502\" data-end=\"3590\">Apply high-level commercial awareness regarding management of company plant &amp;
