{"id":7931,"date":"2026-01-05T00:31:25","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T07:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7931"},"modified":"2026-04-10T07:22:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T05:22:47","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-lead-product-test-validation-m-f-goleniowska-szczecin","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7931","title":{"rendered":"Senior Lead &#8211; Product Test &amp; Validation M\/F"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/kkwindsolutions-career.talent-soft.com\/Handlers\/Image.ashx?imagetype=banner\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and setups for mechanical and electrical products.<\/li>\n<li>Lead mechanical validation tests (vibration, environmental, lifting, CoG, etc.) and analyze results.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee in-house and external type testing, including fault analysis and corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with design teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in development.<\/li>\n<li>Document and report test data, findings, and design improvement recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications (IEC, UL, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve testing methods and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and support team members in technical and safety excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Product Test &amp; Validation Engineer, Mechanical Test Engineer, or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical testing methods (environmental, vibration, structural, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with mechanical design principles, GD&amp;T, materials science, and industrial testing.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, and panel assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with engineering and testing procedures, tools, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in root cause analysis and use of problem-solving methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork, planning, and adaptability skills.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to other locations if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">At KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions.
