{"id":7934,"date":"2025-12-22T00:32:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T07:24:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7934"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:15:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T10:15:44","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-engineer-concept-development-m-f-goleniowska-szczecin","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7934","title":{"rendered":"Senior Engineer &#8211; Concept Development M\/F"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kkwindsolutions-career.talent-soft.com\/Handlers\/Image.ashx?imagetype=banner\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and evaluate concept designs for manufacturing layouts, tooling, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new or modified production setups.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective integration of new concepts within the global manufacturing network.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise in industrial and mechanical engineering for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams \u2014 including Production Engineering, Operations, Documentation Management, and Sourcing \u2014 to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, and recommend new technologies, methods, and tools to enhance manufacturing excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and communicate technical documentation, layouts, and reports to internal stakeholders and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Support knowledge sharing and standardization initiatives across all manufacturing sites.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of lean thinking, innovation, and integration within the manufacturing organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Strong foundation in manufacturing or industrial engineering principles.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of manufacturing layouts and process flows.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design and evaluate production tooling, trolleys, jigs, gauges, and fixtures.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of manufacturing systems integration, including automation, digitalization, and MES\/ERP interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in concept development \u2014 from ideation and feasibility studies through requirements management, prototyping, and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills in capacity planning, takt\/cycle time analysis, and line balancing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and sustainability practices in manufacturing environments.<\/li>\n<li>A background in technical sales within automation, robotics, or innovation-driven manufacturing is considered an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in mechanical engineering, particularly in tool and equipment design.<\/li>\n<li>Competence with CAD\/CAE tools for layout and equipment design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<p>At KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions.
