That means ensuring cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; translating complex applications into tailored, competitive cooling solutions; and keeping projects on track in terms of cost, time, and quality.<\/li>\n<li>But more than that, you will be the one to develop and empower your team\u00a0\u2014 fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation.
