Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across all production sites.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, APQP4Wind, TS 16949).<\/li>\n
  • Lead and develop local Quality departments and mentor quality teams.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze quality-related data from customers and organizational interfaces; facilitate implementation of corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n
  • Guide and support employees across the organization on quality-related topics, ensuring best practices are shared and applied.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments; identify and report weak points, initiate corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n
  • Drive and facilitate strategy discussions, definition, and deployment for Operational Quality.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare monthly reports on overall quality performance, including objectives, activities, and issues.<\/li>\n
  • Educate employees in all relevant competences regarding quality.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure effective NCR (Non-Conformance Report) case handling according to the 8D method.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with the global QHSE team to develop and implement quality management strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in global quality audits and assessments.<\/li>\n
  • Implement operational excellence initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Required Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Engineering degree, preferably with experience or knowledge of the wind energy industry (APQP4Wind) or automotive (TS 16949).<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in a similar role within an international, production-focused company.<\/li>\n
    • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes and standards.<\/li>\n
    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification; knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001.<\/li>\n
    • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.<\/li>\n
    • Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.<\/li>\n
    • Detailed understanding of APQP, PPAP, DMICA, 8D, Change Management, and Risk Management tools.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
