In this role, you will support the implementation of KK HR processes, tools, and systems, support local initiatives with global People, Branding &amp; Sustainability goals, and ensure a collaborative culture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a part of implementation of HR annual wheel<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation of HR core processes and tools such as Employee Engagement Survey, People Review, Merit<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Global HR Support team and Centers of Excellence within talent management, operations, compensation &amp; benefit, branding<\/li>\n<li>Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience from large, global organisations<\/li>\n<li>University degree in HR or related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of HR experience in complex organisations with a strong HR setup<\/li>\n<li>Experience in HR area and partnering with leadership teams<\/li>\n<li>Advanced English (C1) and strong stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, improvement-driven, resilient, and loyal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced and ambitious HR Business Partner to the local leadership team who can facilitate the implementation of the HR annual wheel.
