{"id":7951,"date":"2025-12-22T00:32:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T08:43:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7951"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:03:25","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T10:03:25","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-demand-planning-specialist","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7951","title":{"rendered":"Demand Planning Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kkwindsolutions-career.talent-soft.com\/Handlers\/Image.ashx?imagetype=banner\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Create and update the global forecast and master plan.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze big data to create trade-off scenarios impacting the supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly Portfolio, Sales outlook globally<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and execute monthly Demand update at the SIOP meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve forecast accuracy calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and upload Budget Baseline data annually.<\/li>\n<li>Improve forecast accuracy through stakeholder initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support and act as a backup for the Manager of Global SIOP.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and participate in regular customer meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal development projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role or in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft products, ERP systems, and preferably other planning or modeling tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow Sales &amp; Operations Planning processes and present supply chain challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills for handling complex data and deriving insights.<\/li>\n<li>Independent, results-oriented, and focused on achieving objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance broad oversight with detailed focus on forecast figures, ensuring data quality.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable addressing dilemmas and engaging in constructive confrontation.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in facilitating S&amp;OP meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in both written and spoken in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\">At KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions.
