{"id":7959,"date":"2025-12-22T00:32:52","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T10:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7959"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:03:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T10:03:28","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-vice-president-project-management-power-controls","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7959","title":{"rendered":"Vice President &#8211; Project Management (Power &amp; Controls)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kkwindsolutions-career.talent-soft.com\/Handlers\/Image.ashx?imagetype=banner\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<p><strong>As Head of PMO,<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop the Project Management Office (PMO) team, building project management competencies and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects for key customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong stakeholder and resource coordination across functions (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing) to deliver on project commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Act as senior escalation point for project issues and coordinate effective resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Drive standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement of project processes and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the PMO in executive customer interactions, including steering committees and governance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Track project performance and proactively manage risks, opportunities, and changes affecting project outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a member of the Power &amp; Controls leadership team,<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development and execution of the Power &amp; Controls strategy, ensuring strategic projects are aligned with divisional objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the project execution and delivery perspective in leadership decision-making forums.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and customer-centric thinking across the division.<\/li>\n<li>Support initiatives for continuous improvement, risk management, and organizational development within Power &amp; Controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in program\/project management within industrial or technical B2B environments<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record leading strategic or complex projects, preferably in wind or renewable energy<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Project management certification or training is an advantage (e.g. IPMA, PMI\/PMP, Prince2, or Half Double)<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills, with experience managing international and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish skills are a plus<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30\u201350 days\/year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role can be based in KK Wind Solutions\u2019 offices in Ikast or Hammel, with flexibility for hybrid work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<p>At KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions.
