Why This Role Matters:<\/strong><\/p>\n


The HSSE Performance Analyst<\/strong> will play a key role in consolidating, analysing, and transforming Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) data into meaningful insights for JERA Nex bp<\/strong> and its project partners (bp, Parkwind NV, and JERA Nex<\/strong>).<\/p>\n


This position ensures accurate, timely, and consistent HSSE performance reporting by leveraging advanced data analytics tools to drive transparency, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement. The HSSE Performance Analyst will also serve as the system administrator<\/strong> for the incident management tool.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data Analytics & Insights<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Collect and validate HSSE performance data from multiple sources and stakeholders across JERA Nex bp on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all partners.<\/li>\n
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Produce monthly HSSE performance reports for the JERA Nex bp Leadership Team.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare quarterly HSSE reports for leadership, ensuring alignment with industry reporting requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Compile and submit G+ quarterly reports<\/strong> in accordance with industry standards.<\/li>\n
    • Enhance reporting frameworks to improve accessibility, consistency, and analytical depth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      System Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Serve as Data Administrator<\/strong> for the Incident Management Tool, ensuring accurate data input, maintenance, and user support.<\/li>\n
      • Provide user training and support to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.<\/li>\n
      • Drive automation and efficiency in data extraction and system reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Track HSSE KPIs and develop advanced analytics to forecast trends and measure performance.<\/li>\n
        • Partner with stakeholders to identify and act on opportunities for operational improvement through data insights.<\/li>\n
        • Deliver data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Proven experience in data analytics<\/strong>, reporting<\/strong>, or performance analysis<\/strong> (HSSE experience desirable but not essential).<\/li>\n
          • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n
          • Competency with reporting tools and HSSE systems.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across partner organisations.<\/li>\n
          • Advanced proficiency in Power BI<\/strong>, Excel<\/strong>, and data-driven reporting tools; exposure to AI-enabled analytics<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
