In This Role You Will<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You will be joining the IT PMO & Applications team<\/strong> of JERA Nex bp, which is responsible for IT projects and the maintenance of our business application landscape.<\/p>\n

Within this team, you will serve as the main contact point for support and user management<\/strong> on SAP S\/4HANA Public Cloud<\/strong> and other ERP landscape applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Financial Planning & Analytics tools).<\/p>\n

Additionally, you will work in a functional role<\/strong> on change requests and projects to improve applications, while also creating training materials and providing key user training.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support key users and end users:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Resolve functional issues.<\/li>\n
    • Respond to user questions.<\/li>\n
    • Escalate issues to AMS partners and vendors, and follow up on resolution.<\/li>\n
    • Deliver key user training on specific topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • User administration and authorization management:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Onboard and offboard users in the applications.<\/li>\n
      • Resolve authorization requests.<\/li>\n
      • Implement changes to authorization setups (business roles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Change requests:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Identify potential system improvements proactively.<\/li>\n
        • Capture business requirements and assess feasibility.<\/li>\n
        • Perform functional configuration and testing.<\/li>\n
        • Follow up on CRs implemented by the AMS partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Documentation:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Create and update system design documents and training materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Project participation:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Support ERP-related projects (analysis, testing, data migration, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • System administration and monitoring.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n

              Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

              To be successful in this role, you will bring:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • At least 2 years of professional experience<\/strong> in a functional analyst or IT support role related to ERP systems.<\/li>\n
              • Experience with SAP S\/4HANA Public Cloud<\/strong> (essential).<\/li>\n
              • Experience with SuccessFactors<\/strong> (strong plus).<\/li>\n
              • Experience with financial accounting<\/strong> in an ERP system (strong plus).<\/li>\n
              • Strong motivation to support end users with daily issues, requests, and questions.<\/li>\n
              • A hands-on, analytical approach<\/strong> to problem-solving.<\/li>\n
              • Ability to identify and implement system improvements<\/strong> through structured change requests.<\/li>\n
              • Experience working with IT service management tools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Excellent communication skills<\/strong> and a diplomatic approach<\/strong> with end users, AMS partners, and software vendors.<\/li>\n
              • Fluency in English<\/strong>, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
