We are seeking for a knowledgeable and hands-on\u00a0Technical Trainer (m\/f\/d) for Palfinger Marine cranes and handling systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your tasks will be<\/strong>\u00a0to deliver technical instruction, product training, operator trainings and operational support for Palfinger marine cranes and handling systems. This role involves delivering classroom and practical training on the maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes, handling systems, and related equipment to internal coworkers, service partners, and clients worldwide<\/p>\n

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment<\/li>\n
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with PALFINGER standards<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all technical content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments<\/li>\n
  • Maintain training equipment and provide a safe, effective learning environment<\/li>\n
  • Deliver technical training courses for customers, service partners, and internal technicians at the training academy, on-site at customer locations, or remotely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulic products<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written<\/li>\n
    • Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and train different groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
