This position will be reporting to the<strong> Service Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"25\">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"28\" data-end=\"732\">\n<li data-start=\"28\" data-end=\"196\">Lead and coordinate service operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up of service jobs in collaboration with the Service Manager and other departments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"367\">Act as the main customer contact for service-related matters, including handling the service hotline, preparing quotations, and ensuring customer expectations are met<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"476\">Support service engineers through job briefings, debriefings, and preparation of necessary documentation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"604\">Assist sales and project teams in executing service-related contracts and ensuring smooth integration with ongoing projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"732\">Monitor service performance, including tracking hours, costs, invoicing, and ensuring KPIs and project targets are achieved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"737\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"762\">YOUR QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1539\">\n<li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"947\">Educational and industry background: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering), with preferred experience in the Maritime or Offshore service industry<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1128\">Service and coordination expertise: Proven experience in service coordination, execution, and working cross-functionally and cross-regionally within international organizations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1270\">Customer and business orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a solution-driven, business-minded, and customer-focused approach<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1424\">Interpersonal and communication strengths: Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills; fluent in English, both spoken and written<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1539\">Personal attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and hands-on with a \u201cboots on the ground\u201d mentality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1544\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1558\">WE OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1702\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1631\">Opportunity to be part of the fast-growing PALFINGER MARINE family<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1668\">Competitive compensation package<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1702\" data-is-last-node=\"\">A friendly and proactive team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To strengthen our operation, we are looking for a Service Coordinator (f\/m\/d) at our Livorno Location.
