Coordinate with the MCC to\u00a0manage vessel access, personnel transfers, and weather contingencies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead proper personnel transfer planning with support from package and other project stream management. Assure that the E&amp;I installation and outfitting work progress according to\u00a0scope, schedule and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Stay in\u00a0direct contact, reporting progress of works with Construction Site Manager (separate position according to\u00a0Polish Construction Law),<\/li>\n<li>Lead by\u00a0example in\u00a0HSSE.<\/li>\n<li>Management reviewing process of overall OSS Topside equipment installation\/outfitting documentation with support of Baltic Power team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Major Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent Present on\u00a0site and act as\u00a0focal point of contact for on-site inspections, visits, and equipment outfitting &amp; commissioning matters. Coordinate suppliers allowing them to\u00a0deliver their scope within quality and time by\u00a0responding to\u00a0technical queries, comment to\/approve on\u00a0deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct platform familiarization and ensure all Employer representatives onboard understand offshore procedures. Conduct regular area walks to\u00a0observe work execution and ensure compliance with Employer HSE and quality expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Record and escalate any non-conformances, unsafe acts, or\u00a0deviations from approved procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Review Contractor\u2019s daily and weekly progress reports, validating data accuracy (manpower, progress %, test status). Manage the OSS interface with HV E&amp;I, systems, auxiliaries and design and other packages where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Support onshore management in\u00a0readiness reviews and milestone acceptance.Liaise with the Marine Coordination Center on\u00a0vessel schedules, personnel transfers, and weather constraints. Ensure SIMOPS and exclusion zones are properly coordinated between OSS, cable vessels, and wind turbine installation vessels.<\/li>\n<li>Lead daily \/ weekly site progress meetings, ensuring the appropriate discipline is represented as\u00a0required. Support that project Quality and HSE requirements are included in\u00a0all related scopes. Contribute to\u00a0and maintain high safety awareness culture.<\/li>\n<li>Support the technical, consents and regulatory teams with OSS related issues or\u00a0as\u00a0required.<\/li>\n<li>Assure that all interfaces within subcontractors, suppliers and towards other stakeholders are managed\/ allocated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Issue daily\/weekly report via Quality Inspection Tool (LAUTEC).
