Many nuclear sites have built their waste management systems over decades to support operations. As they transition to decommissioning, changes in <strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1206\">waste quantity, type, and characterisation<\/strong> can strain existing infrastructure. AECOM\u2019s study identified opportunities for <strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1312\">strategic improvements<\/strong> to help sites optimise waste management through this transition.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1384\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1412\">Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1450\">Graduate Waste Consultant<\/strong>, you will join a team of experienced professionals and be paired with a mentor who will guide you through your early career. You\u2019ll work on <strong data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1608\">live projects<\/strong> while developing technical and professional skills.
