It\u2019s the perfect place to grow your career, collaborate with an energetic team, and enjoy a great work-life balance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As our new Senior Project Manager WTG, you will be planning, managing, and overseeing offshore projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement across projects.<\/p>\n<p>Your main tasks include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Planning &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure projects are executed in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, meeting HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule, and Client Satisfaction goals.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, manage, and oversee the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects in accordance with Cadeler\u2019s PMM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or participate in internal and external project meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Support, coach, and mentor team members to ensure knowledge sharing and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial &amp; Contractual Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor all project-related expenses, supplier performance, and ensure optimal value from suppliers (engineering, fabrication, mobilization, logistics, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Deliver client contractual obligations where reasonable and within control, while tracking project performance against contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Review and monitor the project DPR, identifying and addressing any contractual disagreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk Management &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, assess, and manage potential risks to project success.<\/li>\n<li>Capture and disseminate best practices across projects, vessels, and departments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure WIV personnel, shore base, and management are informed about upcoming projects.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Cadeler\u2019s management system and drive process improvements across operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about delivering safe and efficient offshore projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellence in project execution from planning to delivery?
