As our industry continues to grow, so do we!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As our new O&amp;M Strategy Manager, you will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights to optimize our O&amp;M operations. You\u2019ll support decision-making, prepare actionable recommendations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and commercial success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main tasks include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and track industry trends and technological innovations<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and adjustment of long-term O&amp;M strategy<\/li>\n<li>Identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partners<\/li>\n<li>Analyze O&amp;M operations for efficiency, optimization, and value creation<\/li>\n<li>Support commercial modeling, project selection, and tender processes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in high-level discussions with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional O&amp;M projects and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Advise the VP and Head of O&amp;M with actionable insights and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Handle ad hoc requests from the O&amp;M team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To succeed in this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a strategic and proactive profile, who combines commercial insight, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong collaboration, project management, and clear communication to support high-level decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We think you will be a good match if you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold an academic degree in commercial, strategy, technical, engineering, or another relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, corporate or commercial strategy, or similar roles<\/li>\n<li>Preferably have industry or O&amp;M experience in offshore wind, maritime, or related sectors<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and graphical) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Are fluent in English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to structure insights for executive audiences<\/li>\n<li>Technical or engineering knowledge is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about turning data and market insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency?
