You will act as a technical bridge between product management, hardware, software, and test teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing solutions.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We\u2019re looking for someone with a strong background in software development and systems engineering \u2013 someone who understands how to define, design, and validate complex systems. Prior experience is essential, because you\u2019ll be responsible for ensuring that our solutions work reliably across hardware, software, and control domains\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0explains Senior Vice President, Jan Harding Gliemann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop control systems for power management applications.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to controllers, power management systems, and PLCs.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To attract the right candidate, we offer flexible work arrangements.
