You\u2019ll act as the central point of contact, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative logistics solutions and unlock new business opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across the client\u2019s global organization<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Lead the development and execution of a global account strategy, ensuring alignment with both client goals and internal business objectives<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, pre-qualifications, and cross-regional initiatives<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Support local and regional sales teams in joint client activities, including proposal development, negotiations, and implementation<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Monitor account performance through KPIs, CRM updates, and regular reporting to drive continuous improvement<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across internal teams to enhance service delivery and client understanding<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Stay ahead of industry trends and client developments to proactively adapt strategies and offerings<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Skills, knowledge and expertise:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Proven experience in global key account management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or industrial project environments<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable plans<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, international setting<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A collaborative spirit and the ability to influence across cultures and functions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your Mission: As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind one of our most relevant global client relationships.
