across the project, ensuring alignment with engineering, commercial, and digital strategies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"424\">Act as the principal technical interface for Ferrovial BAM Rail Systems (FBRS) with HS2 Ltd, design teams, JV partners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"500\">Develop, implement, and manage the project-wide Survey Control Network.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"613\">Oversee information management and as-built verification (TESB \u2013 Topographical Engineering Survey Baseline).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"680\">Lead setting-out activities for civil works and permanent way.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"745\">Coordinate Reality Capture, Monitoring, and GIS integration.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"809\">Manage the delivery of final survey handover documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"907\">Drive technical assurance and maintain rigorous quality control across all survey activities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1025\">Ensure full compliance with HS2 technical standards, client specifications, and relevant industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1146\">Plan and coordinate survey works across all Lots, managing critical interfaces to support timely programme delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1269\">Provide accurate reporting, risk assessments, and technical insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1398\">Promote and lead innovation in digital construction, automation, survey technologies, and modern track system methodologies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1501\">Champion lean surveying principles and integrated data workflows throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1616\">Provide expert guidance to site engineering teams on control, monitoring, setting out, and verification tasks.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1718\">Mentor and support the development of staff in surveying, site engineering, and digital delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1829\">Promote professional development and accreditation, and lead internal training and sponsorship programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1834\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1863\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"2875\">\n<li data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1974\">Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2062\">Member (ideally Fellow) of CICES, RICS, or equivalent recognised professional body.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2219\">Extensive senior-level experience in engineering surveying on major civil infrastructure programmes, including the design of the Survey Control Network.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2285\">Experience in delivering high-speed rail or slab track works.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2351\">Leadership experience within a Tier 1 contractor or major JV.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2446\">Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2536\">Clear and confident communicator able to represent surveying interests at all levels.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2648\">Advanced knowledge of engineering surveying practices, digital workflows, and relevant technical standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2649\" data-end=\"2766\">Deep understanding of HS2 technical requirements, Network Rail standards, and UK rail infrastructure regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"2875\">Awareness of the commercial, legal, and technological factors influencing major infrastructure delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2877\" data-end=\"2880\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2882\"
