You will be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of the construction management process, effectively manage subcontractors, and maintain exceptional standards in safety, quality, and environmental performance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1187\">Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<li data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1292\">\n<p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1292\">Implementing the <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1234\">Project Management Plan<\/strong>, including all site procedures, practices, and records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1427\">\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1427\">Ensuring appropriate <strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1335\">quality records<\/strong> are produced, monitored, and maintained to verify compliance with project specifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1542\">\n<p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1542\">Promoting and ensuring compliance with the <strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1510\">Health and Safety Management Plan<\/strong> and BAM Operating Procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1640\">\n<p data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1640\">Setting up and monitoring <strong data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1593\">handover schedules<\/strong>, keys, spares, and completion documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1713\">\n<p data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1713\">Ensuring <strong data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1680\">environmental procedures<\/strong> are fully implemented on site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1833\">\n<p data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1833\">Maintaining <strong data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1753\">accurate site diaries<\/strong>, including subcontractor attendance, labour allocation, and progress records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1937\">\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1937\">Managing <strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1878\">direct and subcontract labour<\/strong>, including the keeping of records and allocation sheets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2038\">Providing advice and input on <strong data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2007\">buildability and technical issues<\/strong> to support the project team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2043\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2083\"><strong data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2083\">What do you bring to the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2756\">\n<li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2156\">\n<p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2156\">Proven experience delivering <strong data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2153\">high-quality construction projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2262\">\n<p data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2262\">Strong <strong data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2216\">technical and practical construction knowledge<\/strong>, ideally across a variety of project types.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2388\">\n<p data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2388\">A relevant <strong data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2309\">Health &amp;
