projects on time and on budget.<\/strong><br data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"148\" \/>The ideal candidate must have a broad technical construction knowledge in complex substructures, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction, along with the ability to understand and manage packages both internal and external to the building.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"1512\">\n<li data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"532\">Implementing the Project Management Plan, including all site procedures and practices, and completing records and documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"629\">Ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Management Plan and BAM Operating Procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"723\">Setting up and monitoring handover schedules, keys, spares, and completion documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"803\">Ensuring BAM construction environmental procedures are implemented on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"889\">Keeping a site diary, including records of subcontractor attendance and progress.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1060\">Ensuring that appropriate quality records are being produced and monitored to verify that the works are being completed in accordance with the specified requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1151\">Managing direct and subcontract labour, and maintaining records and allocation sheets.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1200\">Advising on buildability issues as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1237\">Managing and ordering materials.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1313\">Using IT equipment, including on-site QA and digital information tools.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1464\">Taking an active role and responsibility for mandatory requirements such as COSHH, lifting operations, temporary works, and services coordination.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1512\">Understanding BIM and the use of Field 360.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1527\">Your team<\/strong><br data-start=\"1527\"
